If you are going through financial hardships and will not be able to provide Christmas gifts for your children, you may apply for Christmas assistance through FBC

 Mon-Thursday 9:00am-11:30am, 1:00pm-3:00pm
        Evening Registration
Wednesday, Nov. 8, 15 & 29, 2017

Fees/Admission:
Office space is limited – please do not bring children
 
Parents you must bring the following documents with you: 
( 1 ) Driver’s License or ID – for parent
( 2 ) Social security cards for ALL in the household-if you have one
( 3 ) Birth Certificate for every child
( 4 ) Last report card for each child in school
( 5 ) Proof of residency-current lease agreement or utility bill   
( 6 ) If you are not the parent – please bring up to date legal guardianship papers
( 7 ) Proof of income:  Pay check stub, child support verification, SSI, etc. 
 
 
You must be the child’s parent or legal guardian.  If you have registered for Christmas assistance with any other agency (Salvation Army, Helping Hands, Midland County Angels, etc.) you will not be able to sign up with First Baptist Church.
